My name is Rosena Chepisheva and I am an educational mediator. Or as I like to say, I am the bridge between "I can't" and "Look how I did it!".

Graduated in the specialties "Countering Crime and Preservation of Public Order" and "Pedagogy". My professional path combines skills in working with people, knowledge of public order and security, as well as approaches to education and support for young people.

The choice of these specialties reflects my desire to contribute to a safer, fairer and inspiring society. Education in "Countering Crime" provided me with knowledge and experience in the field of law, teamwork and crisis management. On the other hand, pedagogy helped me develop skills in communication, training and supporting young people in their development.

Working at the youth center is an opportunity for me to use the knowledge I have gained to inspire young people, encourage them to develop and provide them with support in dealing with life's challenges. I believe that with the right guidance and inspiration, young people can be the engine of positive change in society.

My mission is to be both their mentor, partner and friend in building their confidence, motivation and abilities.

And as a finale, I will end with one of my mottos:
